At The Maison Wear, we carefully check every order before shipping to ensure that the product arrives in good condition and correctly matches the purchase made.

Our products are made on demand, so each item is prepared specifically once the order has been confirmed.

For this reason, exchanges will only be accepted in cases of manufacturing defects, defective products, or shipping errors made by The Maison Wear.

EXCHANGES DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR SHIPPING ERROR

If the product received has a manufacturing defect or does not match the order placed, the customer must report it within 14 days of receiving the order.

To request a case review, please contact our customer service team by email and include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once the case has been reviewed, if a manufacturing defect or shipping error is confirmed, The Maison Wear will proceed with the exchange of the corresponding product.

CONDITIONS

Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products with signs of wear
  • Products without original packaging
  • Exchanges due to size, color, or personal preference
  • Exchanges because the product is not to the customer’s liking
  • Exchanges because the product does not meet the customer’s subjective expectations
  • Errors made by the customer when selecting size, model, color, or shipping address

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

All our products are made on demand once the order has been placed. This means that the item is produced specifically after the purchase is confirmed.

For this reason, we do not accept exchanges due to size, color, personal preference, change of mind, or because the product is not what the customer expected, as long as the item received correctly matches the order placed.

SHIPPING COSTS

In the case of a manufacturing defect or shipping error confirmed by The Maison Wear, we will cover the corresponding exchange costs.

In any other case not covered by this policy, no product exchange will be made.
